Processing Time: All listed items are ready to ship and will ship in 1 to 5 business days. If a custom order is requested then production and shipping time will be part of that discussion but generally take around 2 weeks.

Return Policy: We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If there is a defect in the product please contact us and we will try to make things right.

Care Instructions: All items are machine washable unless otherwise noted. We do recommend spot treatment when possible. If you need to wash an item please remove the straps (if they come off).

FAQ's: 

• Can you make me an item out of a fabric you've made another bag out of?
  • Maybe. If we have enough of the fabric we can but no promises.
• What if I want a specific fabric from a store?
  • We can purchase fabric that is currently available in stores or online but it will increase both the price and time to complete your order. We work hard to buy attractive fabrics at a good price to keep our own prices down. Making a specific request means we'll be paying full price for a fabric and as such our price must cover this.
• What if I send/give you a fabric I want used?
  • This depends on the type of fabric and how much of it you have. Not all fabrics work for what we do and we need a minimum amount to make our bags. You can ask, but no promises.
